Our Role
Violet Grey hired Easton Rae to restructure the company in preparation for an acquisition and Easton Rae Founder, Jessica Davidoff, assumed the role as Interim Chief Business Officer. Easton Rae created the growth roadmap, restructured the executive team, advised on the incubation of a Violet Grey branded beauty line, and liaised with the corporate development team at Farfetch, who ultimately acquired Violet Grey.
